Cancellation & Refunds Policy

You can request a cancellation before your order has been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

Refunds are possible as per our Return and Replacement Policy:

- Returns accepted within 10 days of delivery; replacements within 10 days, unless specified on the product page.

- Refunds are processed to your provided UPI ID or bank account (for all payment modes). If your payment details are not on file, we will contact you during the refund process.

- Refunds are usually completed within 3–7 business days after returned item verification.
